Nykole and her family were excellent renters. They were easy to communicate with and contact for any questions. Everything was kept clean and picked up with the camper. I enjoyed hosting their camping trip and I look forward to hosting any trips for them in the future.

Jacob and his father were great guests who we would rent to again at anytime. They communicated well about when the van was making a noise and went to get it checked out at a Mercedes dealership. They brought the van back looking great. Thanks Jacob!

RV is older than pictured. The seats and sofa are very worn out. The table does not stay up, you can only use it as a bed. The water heater does not work. The "Engine" light is on. Unsure if there would be any engine trouble on the road. Fortunately, no troubles on the road.

We recently rented a Sprinter van through the Outdoorsy app and while the booking process was smooth and communication with the host was easy, there were a few issues worth noting.While the interior was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, easily fitting all of our family members, we noticed a lot of rattling from the sliding door when driving on local roads. It became quite noticeable and a bit distracting, especially on uneven surfaces.
As a Mercedes-branded vehicle, we expected a smoother ride. Unfortunately, the back seating area was surprisingly rough, especially for passengers riding long distances. That said, the overall seating layout was very accommodating, with enough room for everyone to sit comfortably.

We had an excellent experience. The van was very well equipped, it included everything we could need . The van was extremely well organized. Megan is very nice and helpful to give the overview of the van, and got us on the road quick and smoothly, even helping us confirm our choice camping spots along Highway 1. Our excursion couldn't have gone better thanks to Megan and this great van. Absolutely recommend!

I appreciate this couple a lot. They took great care of my RV. They brought their dogs and they kept it so clean you couldn't even tell. Would highly recommend. Would rent in the future at a discounted rate!
