Renter ignored clear instructions not to take the van to Volcano National Park due to ongoing hazards and eruption activity. Despite being warned in advance, they drove the vehicle into the restricted area and remained there during the eruption.

As described and pictured! We had a wonderful time traveling with our dogs, and it fit our needs perfectly. Even through rainy, cold nights, we stay warm and have exactly what we need. They were very communicative and responded very quickly. We appreciated this! Highly recommend!
