My family of 4 covered 10 states and 5 National Parks on our trip. We had a great time and renting the RV was absolutely the best way to go to spend quality family time. Our host, Mark Welsh, was outstanding. Great communication front beginning to end and more than gracious when we had a hiccup in our trip. I would rent from him every time. The one disappointment was with the roadside assistance. We had a tire shred and they asked us to sit on the side of the road for more than 17 hours before someone would be there to help. Certainly not 24/7 assistance. However, thanks to a Good Samaritan, our trip was not delayed that long. Again, Mark was an amazing host and I highly recommend renting from him.

It was an absolute pleasure renting from Mark. He is kind, professional, and diligent. The RV was fully loaded with everything you could need for a trip; utensils, toilet paper, blankets, coffee, broom, tool kit, first aid kit, movies, a grill, table, and more. He made more than adequate time to make sure we were confident in operating the RV (we were first time RV renters) prior to our departure. It is evident that Mark stewards this RV exceptionally well. From TN to the Grand Canyon and then to Colorado and back to TN in one week totaling about 3.5K miles in the winter and through harsh weather the RV did GREAT. We did have the water freeze one of our last nights on the trip but this was unavoidable as the weather dropped to below zero unexpectedly where we stayed one night due to us not leaving the generator and water heater on through the night (even though the water froze, the inside temperature remained very warm thanks to the well-functioning heater and propane). Would absolutely rent from Mark again!
