Don’t bother. The camper was dirty, both tanks were full, and the water wasn’t working — it only blew air. I messaged the host, who admitted she forgot to schedule the cleaning service and later offered a second apology after I pointed out the tank issues.
I could go on about the money and time we spent cleaning it ourselves, but I’ll leave it at that. What’s most disappointing is that Outdoorsy failed to offer any reasonable resolution when I requested a refund.

The host was very accommodating. The camper definitely fit our needs and was enjoyed by all. Only drawback was items that were listed as included were not. Linens, Dishes, utensils and cooking basic listed as included in description. Updating the description to accurately depict what is included would make the rental much better. With that said I would rent from Kristina again.

The camper arrived with a horrible smell and was very dirty. There was socks and food left behind from the previous person. The cushions had dirt and stains all over them. Water leaked onto the floor from underneath the sink cabinet and had to be turned on and off outside at the spigot between uses to mitigate this problem.
Names were written in the dirt on the outside of the camper as well from whoever rented it previously.
We paid for delivery and upon arrival were disregarded as to the placement of the camper in a very large rally site which should have been no problem to accommodate. My Dad was the only camper out of seven of us who didn't face the center. This experience was a huge disappointment to say the least.

Other than the toilet flapper being broke when we picked the unit up it was a nice experience. The owner informed us before pickup, but we were loaded and ready to pick it up when we were notified.
