The RV was filthy / unacceptable.
We had to spend several hours cleaning it before I could even consider going on vacation with it.
Sheets are NOT CLEAN / NOT USABLE - still on the bed. Unacceptable.
So much dust & dirt & food everywhere.. fingers where black in ALL cupboards..
EVERYTHING needed to be cleaned, wiped, swiped, desinfected etc… the toilets - the sinks - the shower that we did not use one single time.
Even the outside was so dirty that we ended up cleaning it as well ourselves before taking the road.
The fridge was dirty as well and does not work well.. it’s freezing cold/ freezes & destroys all the fresh food.
The only solution we found to that was to turn it completely off every 3 to 4 days when we were sick of having everything frozen.
The microwave we never used/ touched.
The whole VR looks very badly kept and we then got the confirmation of what we were worried about - if the nechanics are as badly kept as the interior - then it’s our safety that is at risk and here we are talking about our lives.
You cannot take ANY RISK with your clients safety when you are renting us YOUR RV and you did.
When it comes to the mechanics: 3 tires were completely dead.
One exploded during our trip, and while we replaced it, the mechanic said the brakes were almost dead as well
