Our experience with Outdoorsy was excellent. The process was easy. We were well informed and updated throughout the process. Will definitely use again.

The RV was clean, well set up, and easy to drive and set up and take down camp. The hosts were easy to work with and provided good instruction. We went from Michigan to Yellowstone and back without any major issues. I would rent this again.

My friends and I did a baseball trip, encompassing 5 different ball parks, Louisville Bat Factory, and the Field of Dreams. The RV was outstanding. Plenty of space, comfortable ride, and sleeping. We only housed two per night in the RV, doing hotels for the other three. We did not do a camping scenario, but knowing how it worked for us, it would be great at an RV park or camp ground. Great experience and great service. Thank you, Ryan!

It was nice the motorhome is newer. It did have some issues though and we found the hosts less than helpful when we made contact. The battery for the fridge was dead but we were told by the service department employee who showed us the motorhome that it’d be charged by the time we arrived at our first stop. It was showing dead inside the camper on the control panel. The fridge even started beeping after having it plugged in less than 10 hours previous. This was an inconvenience as we had planned at least one night of boondocks outside of Yellowstone and instead we decided to drive much further so we could have it plugged in for the night to to not have it beep through the night. I had contacted about this as well as two outlets that were not working. I felt I was treated like an idiot over the outlets, by an employee over the phone, could very well be his personality but it was unappreciated. The bathroom outlet had the GFI but we discovered the whole outlet itself was loose so I not amount of pressing the reset button was doing the trick. So, we could not use it, the outlet in the kitchen, or outside the camper. Also, an annoyance but we made do since we brought an extension cord. The service dept employee also pointed out the trick to opening the door to the motorhome, which was to pull back the top of the handle and kind of pressing in the bottom of the handle. This was fine, not easy for our kids to do, but whatever. What we quickly found out is that the handle and locks are quite sketchy. Even after slamming the door for the inside and locking the door from the inside we twice had the door pop open while on the highway, I’m sure from the vibration. So, be sure to have someone check each time from the outside that it’s truly locked because hearing your kid yell from the back that the door is open after just hopping on the highway and climbing to the back to lock it will have your nerves going.
