Chole's Dad did a great job getting both campers out to us right on time! Plus, he was able to manage those campers into place perfectly between that many beautiful pine trees. One camper, we could not open the awning fully because of the tress and we flagged so that we wouldn't bump our heads. Overall the campers were just okay (we had better experience on RVshare lastyear) but these be alright for anyone to rent. They were well cleaned and decently stocked. We did have a lot of issues though. 1st, one camper the smaller Gulf Stream has a broken a grab bar leading into the camper. This is very unsafe for someone renting campers and our host knew about the issue because we did mention it to him right away before he left. This should be immediately fixed before renting for liability reasons. my 84 year old father in law stayed in this camper even after I tried to get him to switch with us but it was not at all safe. 2nd our camper had 2 ac units. The main unit that called the entire living room/kitchen space and the main bed room, did not work. It made noise when they turned it on for us like it was kicking on, but the fan blower must be busted and it never actually blew any air. Hot ins June in Texas, this really sucked because set us was in the hottest part of the day and took the back unit all night to get cold, the main bedroom was really hot, our first night we managed to have a cool breeze through windows and close the door to let the main camper chill over night. The second night, was way too hot to try the windows. But we were able to leave both the back bunk area and our door open, so no privacy but at least we had some air. 3rd thing to note, we let them know between the two campers we would have up to 6 adult and 3 teenagers,. we had 6 adults and 1 teenager and in our bigger camper we had 1 wash cloth to share and 1 full roll of camper safe toliet paper? The was not fully stocked in my opinion. At lest mention to bring our own TP if you are not providing it. Bring your own pillows, theirs are really cheap and thin. The last complaint is the moveable grill on the back of the bigger camper, the blue Forest River, did not have a grate on it making it completely unusable. And since we were down the AC unit in this camper, we were not cooking inside, which meant our frozen pizzas came back home and we had to buy a grill to use. (Granted, when we use campers, we prefer to use the onsite bathrooms for showering and pooping to conserve the tanks, but still could have used more TP!!!) Also, communication completely dies off after we mention the AC being broken, there was an offer to comeback out and try to get it going the day of drop off, followed by a text message letting us know that it was going to be 73 that night and if they could come out in the morning, which we egressed via text. Then after about 10 am of note hearing from them, I texted saying to just forget about coming, we thought the back unit would keep up now that the camper had cooled. But nothing, I let them know when we were packing up, let them know when we left and never heard back. The campers may still be at the lake for all I know. So some follow through would have been nice.

Chloe was great! We had a minor issue with the furnace and they were quick to trouble shoot and actually came out to diagnose and get it running. I would highly recommend this unit as it is exactly as pictured. Great host and great unit!
