He took the van in perfect condition and after two days he calls me saying the van won’t turn on. Turn out the heat was left on Drive while the van was off. Then next day same thing van won’t turn on he calls the tow truck without my consent and they tow it wanting to charge for a diagnosis when I knew my van was fine so I made him bring it back. He brought it without refueling it because he didn’t want it to not turn back on. And now he wants his money back from me to refund him for the 3 days he did not use when I have to now fill up the tank when he should have done that. And take it to my mechanic cause I don’t know what he might have done to which it wouldn’t turn on for him. Because it turns on just fine for me

These guests were great to host! They communicated openly about an issue that came up during their trip and handled it responsibly and promptly, which we appreciated. Things happen when you're out exploring, and their honesty and willingness to make it right meant a lot to us as hosts. They were kind, respectful, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. We’d happily recommend them to other hosts!

Avoid! Broke awning, attempted unauthorized repair, broke motor, caused vinyl damage. Did not tell us until a week later at his checkout time. Cost almost 1k in repairs. He even removed screws from electric panel. Not a responsible renter!!

Great experience in a great vehicle. This is by far the best layout of any van we have rented and the van drives smoothly and handles well. Lisa made everything simple and seamless with great communication. Having the 2 beds allows 2 large seating areas when not sleeping which really make the van feel much larger than it is (and the 2 beds can be easily converted into one large bed). We will definitely rent MO again in the future whenever we need a van and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable getaway.

Michele Rinaldi and his friends turned out to be the most difficult renters we've ever had. They proved to be careless with our RV and unkind, deceitful and very disrespectful when it came to discussing the damages done exceeding $1500, for which they refused to take any responsibility. They used brute force to pry open our RV door without consulting us about their approach to fix the problem they caused by getting the door jammed with the wrong key.
