It was nice hosting Mikhael and his wife in our Crossie. The were easy to communicate and returned van in a very clean condition. I would host them again.

Customer left the RV a mess with mud all over the inside. Went to a bike race of some sort and kept their muddy bikes inside the RV after offering to give them a hitch rack to carry the bikes on and they refuse that. They also sent a driver that was not verified to pick up the RV, and the driver was never verified. I made an exception and let the driver take the RV.

Max & Thaouyen were my very first renters of Susitna, and their communication about arrival and departure dates and times made coordination easy. They treated the van with great care, leaving it in excellent condition, which reflected their respect for the vehicle. Overall, it was a fantastic first rental experience for everyone involved, and I’d gladly host them again for future Alaska adventures in Susitna.

John is a great host: his responses were quick and accommodating.
The van was a brilliant way to travel the island - great for those who are flying in and like to camp. It has everything! The bed was comfortable (incl oom darkening window shades). The gear was easy to access and in good condition. It's an older van with a few idiosyncracies, but it drove well and was completely reliable. It was delivered by John's dad vacuumed and clean. I would use it again.
