Eric was a nice host, very accommodating and helpful during pickup and drop off. He helped us understand the rig and hook it up appropriately to the car.

Eric was a fantastic host! He took the necessary time to not only verbally explain how everything worked on the trailer but also helped us connect everything correctly to have a safe trip.
