Great van! Easy to drive and use.

Predatory owner, we rented this van for our trip to SF for one week. The owner was not there to do a key exchange, we used a lockbox. When I opened the truck up it smelled like cigarette smoke and urine. The seats were stained with bodily fluids and the shower had black mold. Immediately we told the owner we wouldn't be renting with him and to refund us fully. We waited in a parking lot by the airport for hours on outdoorsy support and continually tried to get out of the reservation. Jack has been belligerent and refused to refund us, he kept the rental going throughout the whole week.

Jack was very responsive to all my correspondence via email, text or a phone call. He always picked up the phone. He walked us through the van and we discovered that the refrigerator odor so bad that we did not use it. The cassette toilet was assembled backwards and we discovered that when I asked Jack to show us how to clean the toilet. On the van walkthrough Jack was showing us the fold up table and a screw fell out which he replaced on the spot. We did not use any of the appliances(pots, pans, microwave, etc.) or utensils since we had our own. We did not use the heater or the air conditioner. The van was extremely easy to handle on windy roads and had sufficient power. At our first stop there was water on the floor. We called Jack and he said he overfilled the water tank. We cleaned up the water and had no more water issues. We used the shower and it was great. We took two showers and used up about half of the tank of fresh water. Sleeping was comfortable. All and all it was a fantastic trip and the van met our needs.

Very unforgettable experience. We drove from San Francisco to Los Angeles using CA-1 then went to several national parks. The van was very flexible in parking and easy to drive. It has everything we need, including shower, portable toilet and kitchen stuff. The bed can fit in a 6ft person comfortably. Also, the solar panel is useful because you don’t have to find electricity hookup every night. In fact, we only used hookup for one time during the whole trip. Our van was stuck in the mud on last day, but the owner was very helpful and keep a good communication. Overall, I would recommend this van to couples who wish to explore around with convenience.
