William was super friendly and helpful. We had a medical emergency and William was very accommodating. He delivered the trailer 4 hours past out original time and was even willing to deliver it the next day if we needed him to. The trailer had everything we needed in it to make our trip a success. It is a very clean and comfortable trailer. William set it up, explained everything to us and came back when our trip was over to take it down, we didn't have to worry about a thing. It was so nice to be able to spend time with our family and to not have to hauling a trailer or to sleep in a tent! We would definitely rent from William again!
