Kyle was excellent to work with. Communication was smooth, he treated the trailer with care, and returned it clean and in great condition. I’d gladly rent to him again.

Good communication but they returned my rig in shambles. Food and coffee grounds in the sink. It looks like they tried to take my drain apart and then said I had a leak. Had to replace the whole drain and pea trap. Food left in cubbies and fridge was a mess. Had to return my brand new generator because they broke the crank. They used every single paper plate out of 50 pack in just 2 days And left a wet roll of toilet paper hanging on the toilet paper roll. I’ve had to do a deep clean and I’m afraid of what I’m going to find next.

Shannon was great with all my questions (first time camping without a tent). Had enough power for a week. I slept in the bottom bed but hung out on the pop up to read and hang out, which I enjoyed. I am forever spoiled!

Kuniko is an amazing host! She was very helpful and communicative, and the RV itself was clean and well-equipped with the basics. She took the time to show us exactly how everything worked before we set off. We had a great time exploring the Grand Canyon—a perfect trip for the kids!
