Peter made an appointment with me for a 2 pm pickup and I told him I had my son's baseball game at 4 and that it was important that he be on time. When he had not arrived by 2:15 I called him and he said he was not coming until 3:15. I was upset that he was inconsiderate with my time. He told me he'd texted me and I checked my texts. He had texted me at 1:30 to let me know he was changing the pickup time. This was still very inconsiderate. He finally arrived and we reviewed everything regarding operation of the motorhome. We walked through all the checklist then he took the motorhome. Two days later, on a four day rental, he called and said he wanted to cancel b/c he found some ants in the motorhome. I did not think this was reasonable but he brought the motorhome back.
