Nikole is a great host and very responsive to messages. She answered all questions we had as first timers and had the camper setup on schedule. We enjoyed our trip and had a nice experience using the camper and Outdoorsy.

Our RV hosts were amazing, easy to reach and answered questions right away. The RV was very clean and spacious. I would definitely use again a and recommend

Nikole and Thomas were great and the travel trailer was very nice. I was in a position of making last minute plans, and Nikole was the only one to respond out of five different inquiries I sent via Outdoorsy messaging. That is, she was very responsive from the beginning and throughout our brief trip. Meanwhile, when I picked up the trailer, Thomas and helpers were there to help me review the trailer, hitch up, and drive off in very quick and safe order. We enjoyed ourselves immensely with the almost-new travel trailer. Then when it came time to return it, both Nikole and Thomas were very amenable about return time of day. Yes, they're on my permanent list now...
