Cody was fantastic! I had several questions before booking and he answered them all sufficiently and in a timely manner. Once we booked the RV, he kept in contact about delivery, and he even went so far as to deliver to our location a day early so it was all set up and ready when we got there. RV was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for 5 days camping trip. Return was easy as well. Will definitely rent again!

It was super clean and Cody was the best with pickup and drop off times. Cody was super responsive to our questions that we sent him before, during and after our trip!

Cody showed excellent customer service and made everything super easy going. He even dropped off, set up and picked up the trailer without charge as well as he left the generator for use to use for free. My best advice for everyone, if you need to rent a trailer or RV in the Tri-Cities area, Cody is your host to go with.

ALWAYS remember to take photos both at the beginning of your trip and upon returning the RV to the owner Additionally, make it a practice to request a walkthrough before returning the trailer. As a newcomer to Outdoorsy, I deeply regret not adhering to these crucial steps.
