RV was super cute and very well organized. Everything you need is provided (plates, cooking supplies, towels, etc). Host can be a little confusing and not very polite. I rented the RV for a music fest and was under the impression the generator was included as it says “unlimited generator hours” on the invoice. After bringing gasoline and messaging back and forth regarding questions about the generator i was left with “the generator isn’t there”. The host was able to bring it to us for use however I was informed they were also using our camper drop off pass to get into the festival multiple nights and were trying to park at my campsite and our neighbors campsites after we both told them this wasn’t okay. We had the RV reserved until 11 am the last day but I woke up to a text stating they would be there early and it ended up being taken by 10:10am. Be prepared to be charged extra if little stuff like the tank isn’t completely drained. We paid daily at the fest to have it dumped but were charged $150 the last day when we weren’t able to have it dumped as it was picked up early without enough notice.

Thank you for your review and failing to add that I was more than accommodating with dropping off the camper a day early. Baylee wanted it earlier than 3pm the day of her reservation. I couldn’t rearrange my schedule at work with her last minute drop off request at 11am-12pm. I also dropped off the generator on the day of her actual reservation instead of the night before when the camper was initially dropped off because she misunderstood the listing of unlimited use for $20/day as stated on the listing. The only time when I was parked at her site was for an hour to drop off the generator and I informed her that I was there but unfortunately she didn’t know how to respond so I had to wait for someone to be present to accept the generator and understand the operation of it. Her friends were there and one was rushing me to leave but that’s probably because she had way more than the a lotted amount of people supposed to be staying in the camper as I watched them walk out of the camper after getting ready. As far as picking up, I informed her that I would need to pick up the camper by 11am of her pick up since I had to get it ready for another guest the same day. This is also after I changed the settings on my end so that she can still reserve last minute since it wasn’t allowing her to because it was already booked to go out on the day of when her reservation would end. Again, no response. So once we got there; everything was out and waited for everyone to exit the camper before we hooked up. Not once did she state they were waiting on the tanks to be emptied. After I got the camper to clean and check the levels of the tank; there was a lot of waste and toilet paper visible in the toilet because they used regular toilet paper when there was plenty of camper toilet paper in the camper. So yes, she was charged the tank dump fee like stated in the listing. It was literally full of shit! No way would the black tank be 2/3’s full if it was emptied daily like stated. I actually didn’t even charge extra for going over the mileage for delivery. I actually became friends with the campsite neighbors while setting up the night before. They offered to buy our tickets at a discounted price and welcomed us to joined them at their site. I also had a weekend parking pass in addition to the camper drop off sticker she provided and that’s why we were at country thunder. There was nothing confusing about our messages, my listing, or myself not being polite with responses if she was reading it some kind of way. Unfortunately; her failure to understand the listing and responding to my messages gave us a not so good review from her because she was charged of not having the black tank emptied.

The camper was great, it was very clean and had a lot of amenities. Everything was as it was stated on the listing. Unfortunately the 2nd day into our trip the generator stopped working, leaving us with no electricity for AC or water. There wasn’t anything that could be done at that time to fix it so we had to cut our trip a day short. The owners blamed us for breaking the generator even though it stopped working during our trip. Beware that they will try and take your security deposit for something that was not your fault.
