Terrific overall experience with Tommy's ultra clean RV. Perfect RV for a family, and also a great RV for a first-time user.
Rented for a two-night weekend at San Elijo state beach in Cardiff-by-the-Sea. Pick-up was easy; Tommy walked me thru the basics and I was on my way. Most importantly, Tommy was available throughout the weekend to answer any questions -- always very quick to reply and provide some assistance. It was my first time in an RV, and with each RV and each RV park having its own unique features, I definitely needed a few tips. With Tommy's help, everything was seamless, and the family loved the oceanfront camping vacation -- kids loved the bunk beds & DVD player, wife loved the very comfortable bed, I loved everything about it. Drop-off was also easy; we had zero issues since we returned the RV in the condition we received it, as Tommy asked. Great deal overall. Tommy is overall very accommodating and flexible and helpful -- ideal Outdoorsy experience.

I booked this RV from Tom for a family trip to Vail Lake. I arrived to pick up the RV on Friday evening and Tom did a great job of going through the process of the rental and explaining all the functions of the vehicle with a calm and courteous attitude. He did a great job of expediting the process so me and my family could get to our camp site and set up. The RV was clean inside and out as described, I would definitely rent from Tom again for a future trip.

Very easy process! Super impressed with the RV, App and a great host! Tommy answered very promptly and was very helpful, willing to work around my schedule and go the extra mile! Highly recommend! Will be doing it again soon! RV was in great shape, no issues! Clean, organized everything I expected and more!

We had a great experience and would highly recommend. The Rv was exactly as described & very clean. It worked perfect for our family. Thomas was very friendly and accommodating. We look forward to booking again!

We loved renting this. There are 5 of us and ample room, everything you need. We used our own towels and bedding but the master bedding was supplied if needed and the bunk bedding in the closet. Kitchen had decent counter space for small meals. The RV was clean and spacious, drove easily. We loved this vehicle and Thomas was great and extremely thorough with instructions. We would rent this again in a heartbeat.

The RV was better then expected! The extra's is more then worth it. The bedding, the plates, silverware and cooking stuff. This RV even has a propane grill that was our life savor on our trip! We had a brake light issue and Thomas meet us at the gas station to personally come and fix it. We also had a tire issue and Thomas was more concerned about ruining our trip then he was about the RV. This is a very stand up owner that really wants to please the renter and make sure the renter has an awesome RV experience.
