This was our first time renting an RV. Actually it was our first time using an RV. Scott was great in how he explained the coach. He was very easy to reach for questions. However, the coach was advertised as having a washer and dryer and it did not have. Also, we were promised a gas grill that we did not get. Although, Scott did furnish a coffee maker at our request and sheets and blankets at no extra charge. All in all we had a good experience, even though it rained during our whole trip. It does have a built in vacuum system which was a nice touch.

Scott was so amazing. It was my first time renting and driving an RV and he was so patient with helping me get to know the vehicle. As I told my family his customer service was the best I had that I can remember. My family really loved the RV. It was clean, comfortable, and had so much storage space. The only negative thing we experienced was the cooling. After asking around I was told that many of this type of RV have one AC unit and they can benefit from 2. It was only a problem in the Florida heat and when in the sun. When we were in NC it was able to stay cool. I can’t forget to mention how comfortable the master bed was, and the kids all slept comfortably as well. Thank you Scott😀😀😀😀

This was my first Outdoorsy rental. Scott was very easy to deal with. RV was spotless. There was a small problem with the generator prior to our rental. However, Scott provided a portable with fuel for a backup. This RV driver better and is easier to maneuver than the class C's I've been getting from the big national rental chain. I highly recommend Scott and this RV.

Scott is the consummate professional. He responds instantly. He is dedicated to ensuring your trip goes without a hitch. We had several glitches with a previous listing from another owner and Scott saved the day. I was a first time outdoorsy user and my pick up, orientation, and drop off could not have gone better. The vehicle was exactly as described. Scott and I communicated about which of two would be better and Scott gave us excellent guidance. Could not have been happier with Scott.
