RENTERS ** BEWARE** False Advertisement!!
Rent at YOUR Own RISK!! We would give ZERO StarsRented RV for 7 days, returned to host 3 days later due to MULTIPLE ISSUES!! Charged Credit Card $1998.54. Lost $250.66 for reserved campsites. Totally ruined our 40th Anniversary Camping Trip.
Host have zero INTEGRITY and would not work with us to resolve. Multiple attempts to contact Host without a response. The RV condition DOES NOT match the advertisement on Outdoorsy!!Advertisement states the RV comes equipped with the following amenities.
1. BRAND new Lighted Electric Awning
• Not working, it was zip tied.
2. Microwave
• Not working. Needed for medical reasons.
3. Wi-Fi
• Host had no idea how to access it. Did not know password
4. TV
• Not working, would not powerup
5. Refrigerator
• Quit working while on the road
6. Oven
• No Oven in RV
7. Water Gauges to show water level in tank
• Not working, could not use shower due to not knowing water level
8. Battery Gauges
• Not working, no lights show battery charge
9. Electric Panel
• Malfunctioning, not working
10. Steering Wheel of RV is very loose and felt unsafe to drive
11. Bathroom facet loose
12. RV Door Seal hanging from door, let in dust and hot air
13. Disposable cheap latex gloves given to dump wastewater
14. Picked up RV with dirty windshield
15. Picked up RV with ½ tank of gas
16. Stained passenger seat (GROSS)
17. Seat cover on drive seat, ripped and stained (Disgusting)
18. Dirty and stained mattress (YUCK)
19. Dirty and stained baskets to put canned food in – did not use as it grossed us out
20. Dusty Cabinets – RV clearly was not cleaned prior to pick up.
21. Found other renters belongings
22. Website states 1pm pickup they requested we pick up at 3pm.Working with Credit Card company for a refund as the Host refused to refund our money.
