Changed my Class A rental last minute because it “sold” after I already paid for the rental. Put us in a class C that looks nothing like the photos. A/c completely cut out going up any sort of incline for the entire trip. In 90 degree weather. The first night the power plug melted overnight as we slept. Contacted host and they blamed the campground and offered zero help. Contacted them about the awning being torn and no response. Contacted them about the corroded battery terminal, no response. Contacted them on the way home, no response. They pretty much ceased all contact after the power plug situation. I asked for a refund and they blamed the problems on me after return. Then charged me another $300 for “damages” only to turn around and switch it up saying it was for “mileage overage”. I never got my $2500 deposit back and there was an $800 difference for the class C that I still have not gotten back. Overall a terrible experience and if I’m not refunded soon we will be contacting a lawyer. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Much more to list but tired of typing. Photos for proof. Also the radio didn’t even work for our entire 16hour trip.

Extremely disappointed. I was really looking forward to utilizing the amenities of this camper due to our main reason renting it was for access to showers & A/C because our trip was in the dead of summer (90degree days) & we were PRIMITIVE camping. We asked for a 10am drop off & our camper wasn’t delivered until 4:30pm. Therefore we didn’t get to use ANY of the amenities the first day. I was told that the onboard generator was broken and that they had to go get a different one. Why wasn’t that figured out the day before? Why was my paid time the time you took to figure that out? Why did I now have to handle a gas jug and sourcing fuel instead of the onboarded generator.

We arrived all the way to our campsite to realize the water pump wouldn’t work. Levi was amazing. He sent someone a long ways away to come help us get the pump fixed! Will absolutely rent again.

This RV is just beautiful ! Extra room for storage underneath, so no need to worry about limiting what you bring. Plenty of cabinets inside for all your immediate items. Levi & crew were very easy to work with and very accommodating. Would absolutely rent again. Thank you.

Loved the room in the camper. The kitchen set up good. The queen bed was super comfy. The bunk area is probably more kiddo friendly. Beds are hard, The kitchenette fold out wasn’t comfy cushions move and end up on a hard table. I would suggest bringing foam mats or air mattress.

Levi was a terrific host with great communication. RV was as described and comfortable for 4 adults. Was easy and smooth to drive and with a great view. Plumbing had clear markings. Linens, kitchen supplies were all provided, along with some board games and outdoor chairs.

UNLESS SOMETHING CHANGES DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!The rv was not ready when scheduled ro be picked up because of an issue with one of the slide outs. I was called in less than 24 hours in advance and warned but regardless the pop up was not functional. When we did the inspection a tail light was broken. The rv was nowhere near clean so my family all had to clean after someone else before we left.. Being now late, I bought the parts on the road and repaired it. 100 miles into out journey the tire pressure monitor warning comes on. I have my family in the rv and stop at 2 auto parts stores and a truck stop to find a tire pressure gauge. All tires were ok, but I had to listen to the dinging of the wanting every 15-30 min for the 60 hours I was in the vehicle. The big item was that the first large bump we hit sewage smell was unbearable. We had to waste more vacation time to empty other people’s human waste. I relayed all of our problems when we returned the rv and was told it would be made right. With no g or explanation I was charged $1000.00 after the return. I expect this to be made right. If I could give negative stars I would. Unless they change something DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 11 people were completely dissatisfied, that’s a lot of negative reviews.

We had a wonderful time at Camp Creek State Park, and it was largely due to the perfect camper hosted by Levi & Collin! We have rented several campers previously, but by far they were the best to deal with! They rolled out the red carpet with their camper and made sure it was set up perfectly - to include s’mores for around the campfire! They went above and beyond to make our experience as special as it could be. They were very friendly; their camper was extremely clean; and it had everything you could ever possibly need for the week - all the comforts of home! I will look them up next year for sure! Thanks again, Levi & Collin!!
