this was our first rv trip and malay made it so easy, he was great to communicate with all along the way, very patient and answered questions quickly , was extremely flexible when we had to change the date due to covid, and while the instructional video was helpful , his in-person instruction was extremely helpful, you can tell he takes good care of the rv and it is well-maintained, he did point out the normal wear and tear to us and also gave us good tips for the trip. we stayed at a koa in boone, this was a good first trip destination and we were able to really enjoy the experience. the rv was easy to drive, very comfortable and had all the supplies we needed other than our own linens and food items, malay was kind enough to include some other useful items, such as rugs, chairs and outdoor screen, which were nice to have and made the experience even better. he was also quick to answer a few questions after we got to our site, and it was reassuring to know we could contact him- it was nice to know he wanted us to have a great experience as well. we really can't say enough what a superb experience it was with malay, and we really appreciate that he went above and beyond to make this such a memorable trip, we are already planning the next one with him, thank you malay!!

Great communication from the owner, flexible pick up and drop off. Went on trip with family of 4 kids ages 8,11 we had a 2 week journey and loved it. Would do it again.

Malay and his wife went above & beyond (multiple times) to make sure our trip was great….which it absolutely was! If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel on wheels, this is it. 10/10 recommend!

Malay was great to work with and we had a great adventure. Malay makes sure everything is in order and the vehicle is new and easy to drive and find everything you need to make your trip enjoyable. Looking forward to booking again

We had a great time and really enjoyed the vehicle. It was a perfect size for the 4 of us and not too large so your able to use it around town of the locations you visit . Malay the owner was very responsive to all communication and I would rent his vehicle again. I highly recommend this vehicle . Great experience!

We enjoyed a wonderful trip to New England going through the Shenandoah NP. Malay was a responsive , helpful RV-lord and his camper is very clean, reliable, comfortable as easy to use. Highly recommend renting from Malay!
