The trailer worked well for us though it did sag our truck down somewhat. It would have towed better if we'd been prepared with an equalizer hitch and had the hitch ball set for a rise rather than a drop.
Our hosts were responsive when we had questions and were friendly and easy to deal with.

Meg and Matt are great hosts. Very accommodating and friendly. The only problems I had with the whole rental was the glitchy outdoorsy app. That app needs lots of work.
