We loved this RV! It was so spacious, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed in it!! Also amazing communication before & throughout the entire experience! Would absolutely rent again!

We drove from Birmingham, AL to San Antonio, TX and back without any mechanical issues
• All auxiliary devices within the vehicle operated as expected (generator, power, television, water, toilet, etc.)
• The size was enough for the two young kids to spread out and enjoy a long drive.
• The vehicle was dropped off and picked up at my residence without issue• A hose to the toilet leaks and we were constantly cleaning up whatever fluid that is throughout the bathroom / vehicle.
• While they let me know before taking possession of the vehicle, the Air Conditioning worked 50% of the time. It only operated as "cold" when you are driving at interstate speeds. We spent many hours with hot air blowing in our faces as we crept through traffic and delays.
• One interior cab vent is broken.
• The side view cameras are dirty and not helpful. The backup camera does not work. The mirrors are very hard to use to safely operate the vehicle.
• The curtains above the front cab beds around the bunk are not securely fastened and the curtains fell down (like off of the rail) often during the trip.
• The seat cushions at the table are not secured with velcro or any other mechanism so they just flew around the vehicle throughout the trip.
• The panel / fascia on the cubby drawers fell off without intervention during the drive, exposing staples and we could not get it back on.
• We could barely use the fridge because the door would open during the drive and all items would fall out onto the floor.
• The microwave is unusable because it shook down into the framed housing.
• The top trim above the cabinets came loose and was whipping around all the way to the TV. We tried re-securing it many times throughout the drive.
• All cabinet drawers need some type of secure fasteners. We had to use painters tape that we picked on the trip just to keep them shut so that the cabinets would be remotely usable.
• We had a hard time securing the interior windows throughout the drive (constantly closing each). It made it increasingly hard to control the already very loud interior noise and comfort.
• The vent above the bunk does not stay opened, making it hard to get any ventilation in the front of the vehicle.
• A faulty gas cap led to the check engine light on all the time.

Great camper van - lots of battery power and water and heat! Power, lighted, fold—out awning really added to our trips fun factor. The van was super easy to use.

We had an incredible adventure with our van! The host was very communicative, even checking in during the trip to make sure everything was good. We had a small van issue that he found when he was walking us through the vehicle and he got it fixed immediately. The van was exactly as advertised. Super clean, easy to operate and comfortable. This was our first camper van trip and it won’t be our last because of this experience. They had just enough extras that we didn’t have to rush out to a store to buy kitchen gear. Awesome bug screens, sun awning, bed, window coverings and camping chairs. We have already told numerous friends and relatives about Outdoorsy and this van! Just an incredible adventure.
