Great communication, homey customizations. Has everything you need. I worried I would be cold at night so they provided extra blankets, and I was very cozy. Video with dumping instructions was super helpful.

Easy and fun! We named her Beluga while staying a weekend near Monterey. She is well loved but cozy and easy to manage.
