We had the pleasure of renting this fully stocked RV for a couple weeks for myself, my husband, our grown daughter and our 6 month old granddaughter. We are experienced RV'ers and have had some very interesting experiences to say the least. But this was by far the easiest and most comfortable one yet. We even packed our own heater this time because we froze on our last OR trip and we are Alaskan campers, and did not need it.
This RV was not only spacious (great for families with the bunks and the fold out couch so you can leave the dinette up) it was fully stocked with most anything you may need. We cooked several meals with no problem and their well stocked supplies. There were even towels and games and a very thorough "book of knowledge" as my husband called it, about the RV and all its equipment. It drove well, and they communicated really well with us. Everything is nicely labeled and explanatory making it really easy to find what we needed and put it back where it goes. Even when we were at a remote campground with no cell service, the satellite still picked up plenty to watch for the cold rainy days. There's even a DVD player if you want to pack your own movies. The hot water heater put out very Hot water and the heater kept us toasty on the rainy/windy coast.
We would definitely look into renting this unit again. We have already given their number/link to some other friends too!

We rented Richard's RV for Burning Man 2024, and the experience was fantastic. Richard was incredibly helpful, providing detailed explanations of all the features and potential troubleshooting tips for the RV. He even gave us a written manual, which was a great reference throughout our trip. The motorhome is clearly well-maintained, and it's evident that Richard uses it for his own personal trips, not just for rentals. The RV was clean, fully functional, and a pleasure to travel in.Unfortunately, we had a minor incident in which we bumped the side of the RV. This is where Richard's true character shined. He was understanding and supportive and helped us resolve the issue without needing to activate the insurance, making the process much simpler and stress-free.Overall, I highly recommend renting from Richard, whether it's for a family vacation or your next festival adventure. His kindness and professionalism made our trip even better.

Richard and his RV were great. Richard have is a very thorough walk through of the RV when we picked it up and was very helpful throughout the whole process. We felt confident that we could contact Richard if we ran into any issues and he would be there to help, but luckily, everything went smoothly.

We loved our trip with Richard's A.C.E. motorhome! First, Richard was VERY communicative and answered all of our questions and helped us out tremendously! This was our first time to rent a motorhome, and he made us feel very comfortable with the process. He answered promptly each time. The motorhome was amazing! Had all we needed. It was exceptionally clean & the linens and blankets smelt wonderful. The best part was when we were done, all I had to do was unload my stuff and drop it off. No need to do any cleaning which was nice since we had a lot of laundry to do at home! Thank you again for everything, Richard! Would definitely rent from him again!

I had a nice trip to eastern Oregon with Richard’s class-A motorhome. Richard provided a nice tour and test drive before we rent his vehicle. The vehicle was equipped with all required and convenient stuff you need for the trip. He was also available during my trip to help motorhome operation and questions. The motorhome has some years but is well maintained, easy to operate, spacious, and comfortable for my family of four. I would recommend Richard and his motorhome as your next road trip option.

This was our first ever RV anything for my family and Richard was great. He gave me a thorough walk through of the RV and explained the functionality of everything. Afterwords , he then ensured I understood what was what by having me close up the RV and retract the jacks to then again have me get the RV setup for camping. We had an amazing first RV experience and we’re looking forward to our next trip! We will definitely be renting Richard’s RV again!

Renting Richard’s RV was a fantastic experience. The ‘22 Georgetown drove very well, and our crew had plenty of room during our trip.Richard walked me through every aspect of the RV at check-in and did a very thorough job at check out, too.I’d definitely rent from him again and suggest you do too!

My wife and I had a great rental experience with Richard. The RV was in great shape, all systems functioned flawlessly during our nearly two week trip. Richard is clearly someone who cares a lot about his equipment and seeing that it's maintained in top condition. It had a lot of what we needed already inside. The generator is remarkably efficient when powering the AC. It was a perfect fit for our trip.

We had a great time in Richard's motor home and would absolutely rent again. We took it to a music festival at The Gorge Amphitheater and were on 50-amp power, using Richard's included adapter, while parked, but still used the genny a little while loading/unloading at home. Some things to note:There was one issue with the fridge not staying cold while on propane and Richard said he already had an appt to get that looked at. It great while on power. Other than that, everything was good.He does a VERY thorough walk through upon picking up the RV, so give yourself 60-90 minutes for that. Not unusual for RVs, but even if you're an experienced RV renter, he's going to go through all systems with you, which would be perfect if you're in any way unsure about things. There was some electrical weirdness that caused the side and rear backup cams to work intermittently. This wasn't an issue for us as I just asked my wife to help me park, but if you're solo then it could be a bigger deal. The rear cam worked about 95% of the time and the side cams which tried to come on when we turned on the turn signal only worked about 10% of the time. However, this also wasn't an issue with visibility because the rear view mirrors on this RV are great. There were no blind spots while driving and I found it very easy to track vehicles around me.For some reason, the in-dash stereo, which supports Bluetooth, mutes (not pauses) whatever music you're playing when you turn on your turn signal and unmutes when the signal turns off. It's because it switches to the side cam, but I can't fathom what engineer thought this was a good idea. After thoroughly exploring the settings, I couldn't find a way to change it. The speakers in this RV, as with most RVs, are terrible, so if you're into music then I strongly recommend you bring your own larger Bluetooth speaker. It's always noisy driving an RV, so a smaller speaker might not do it. Richard has a nice amount of Bluetooth plugs up front, 4 I think, so no issues running your devices. There's a 12V plug if you want to bring an inverter for when you're driving. He has a 3-port USB adapter plugged in there for you to use, otherwise. The A/C did great, though we only got up to about 87 deg F. We were in direct sunlight the entire time and it kept us nice and cool. However, you need to know that it takes a while (45-60 seconds) to click on sometimes, so just be patient. I thought it might not be working one day, but once I gave it enough time, it clicked on. This delay is only for the thermostat, though. If you need it on immediately, then flip it to "On" (rather than "Auto") and it comes on immediately and is nice and cold. He also had an oscillating fan in the bedroom which helped. The vents back there delivered a good amount of cold air, just not with much force - very typical for 30-amp RVs.The TV setup is nice, though a little unusual. There's a 3-way HDMI selector in the cabinet that needs to be manually switched if you want to go from DirecTV to DVD or your other source. Once you get this figured out, though, it's very easy to add your own sources. We brought a Chromecast and had no issues quickly moving that from the TV in the bedroom to the one in the main room. Most typical straight HDMI cables (not 90 deg angled) should be fine, though you may need to thread it through the cabinet in the bedroom, which is pretty easy. If you just want to watch cable TV and DVDs, then you won't have to mess with the system at all.The auto-leveling jacks are nice. It's a single button push and then it does everything. We used them several times with no issues. The vehicle is pretty easy to drive, so no worries if this is your first trip in one. You'll want to slow down in high winds, but that's the case with all tall vehicles. The engine braking is enabled by pressing the tow/haul button on the gear shift. You'll want that on when going down long hills. The seats are reasonably comfy. I did about 6.5 hours of driving and a few position shifts were all that was needed to prevent a sore booty.Have fun! We did.
