Perfect timing on RV pickup and drop off. Beautiful clean RV lacking USB ports that are always on. (WHY do I need to run the generator for the SINGLE 5V port? Why aren't there MORE USB ports?) Super quiet fridge. Ran out of house propane and battery after a week. Having a simple guide provided as to expectations of power usage and other considerations would be helpful. Adding some rubber bumpers to the loud clacking windowshades (when drawn) would be a smart addition. Included Keurig is a kind thought, but unnecessary waste of space. Overall only minor complaints were with the actual brand new RV, not the great service.

Our experience with Carefree RV for a first time RV rental was outstanding. Christine answered every question we had during the process. A technical question was promptly answered by their webpage text messaging. We received a detailed walk through of all the mechanicals (electric, water, tanks, etc) before departure. The RV's are serviced on site and the rig (S12 in their inventory) was clean and in good shape. I highly recommend!

Carefree saved our trip! After another host canceled 2 days before my trip I came across carefree rv. I explained my situation causing a last minute rental and they had the most amazing service! The very next morning my rv was ready for pickup. Extremely clean, very well maintained and a great thorough staff! They provided all details needed and took their time to show me everything I needed to know. Although they are a 2 hour drive from where I live I will be sure to use them for all future rentals! Thank you again Carefree RV!

From beginning to end this was an amazing experience. The RV was incredible and well cared for both inside and out. The staff was super helpful and responsive whenever we may have had a question. The process was smooth and easy. We will certainly be coming back for another trip and most likely a new yearly tradition thanks to this experience.

We had a fantastic experience renting this RV. The vehicle was in perfect condition and we didn't run into a single issue throughout our entire trip — everything worked exactly as it should. It was also spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made a huge difference in our overall comfort.
On top of that, the service was excellent. The team made the whole process smooth and easy from start to finish.

This was our first experience with an RV, and overall it was great. Check-in was easy. After Sean took us through all of the features and operating procedures, we loaded in our supplies and were on our way. We had some questions during our trip and Carefree RV was prompt and helpful in their responses. Dropoff was unhurried while we unloaded our stuff and dropped the keys. Would not hesitate to rent from Carefree RV again.
