Sharon made the rental process very quick and simple for us which we appreciated as it was our first time renting with outdoorsy. We had an amazing trip and it wouldn’t have been possible without her kindness in allowing us to rent her RV. She even allowed us to use some of her outdoor gear which came in handy.

The perfect size for our family of 4. The slide outs made it roomy enough to get around and all the sleeping choices made it comfortable for everyone. Definitely bring some K cups for the keurig if you want coffee in the morning. We added on bedding and chairs which was nice to not have to bring with us from home.

This RV would work great if you like and have time to clean on your last day before drop off or just want to spend extra money on the fee.Cons: Fridge took 24hrs to cool down, it should have been turned on prior to rental to cool down, I thought I was going to have to throw everything out the first night. A foul grey water smell was present under the RV during the stay, I had a camper next door come over to ask if I had a propane leak. The smell also ended up coming inside the RV from outside. The "clean to next rental level" was the worst part for myself. I was charged the cleaning fee, where they have professional cleaners come in to clean it. I don't think this is what most customers expect when renting something and dropping it off in a good state. To clean to that level when you don't clean it often requires a lot of time and effort on the last day. Requirements are to wash the outside even if there is no mud, just general dust use. And then clean the whole RV inside to "next rental level clean". Mopping, ect. Do the sheets and seat covers need to be washed, not sure..? Just too much work for an enjoyable experience for myself. There is a better way to accomplish this for rental purposes for one off clients other than an extra $150. Cleaning supplies to clean to that level need to also be provided in 1 central location. You would have to clean the driver's location on drop off also, as you've used that to drive. (See pictures)

Perfect motorhome, with lots of room! No issues and ran great. Would refer this package to everyone. The rental was seamless and pick up and drop off went without a hitch. 5 Stars!
