This RV would work great if you like and have time to clean on your last day before drop off or just want to spend extra money on the fee.Cons: Fridge took 24hrs to cool down, it should have been turned on prior to rental to cool down, I thought I was going to have to throw everything out the first night. A foul grey water smell was present under the RV during the stay, I had a camper next door come over to ask if I had a propane leak. The smell also ended up coming inside the RV from outside. The "clean to next rental level" was the worst part for myself. I was charged the cleaning fee, where they have professional cleaners come in to clean it. I don't think this is what most customers expect when renting something and dropping it off in a good state. To clean to that level when you don't clean it often requires a lot of time and effort on the last day. Requirements are to wash the outside even if there is no mud, just general dust use. And then clean the whole RV inside to "next rental level clean". Mopping, ect. Do the sheets and seat covers need to be washed, not sure..? Just too much work for an enjoyable experience for myself. There is a better way to accomplish this for rental purposes for one off clients other than an extra $150. Cleaning supplies to clean to that level need to also be provided in 1 central location. You would have to clean the driver's location on drop off also, as you've used that to drive. (See pictures)Pros: good communication, flexible drop off and pick up times. The RV is great other than the cons.
The cleaning requirements and fee made for a bad experience overall. The review would have been a positive one if not for this, best for people with plenty of time available. The photos are from the owner of what I didn't clean. So not mopping coat me $150.
