The hosts are super friendly and really go out of their way to make it an easy, seamless experience. Quick to respond to questions before we booked, gave us an in-depth overview of every part of the camper when we picked it up, and provided us with a detailed binder of anything we'd need to know while out camping. The camper itself is fantastic -- airstreams speak for themselves, but the hosts have done a great job making it turn-key and ready to enjoy for renters. And because of the small size of the basecamp 16, it's super easy to tow with many vehicles. We have a mid-sized SUV with a tow hitch and could barely tell we were pulling it. At drop-off, it was more of the same friendly, easy experience. Coordinated a time by text message, rolled up, quick checklist, and we were on our way. This was our first experience with Outdoorsy. It won't be our last, but these hosts definitely set the bar high for anyone else we might rent from!

Bebette is AMAZING! We had everything we needed, plus the creature comforts of home right behind us. Kristin and Leslie are WONDERFUL people! They gave us an incredibly detailed tour of everything we needed to know about Bebette, along with a step by step guide book for all systems. Towing Bebette with our 4-Runner was a breeze, and all features were easy to use/ monitor. I would give them and Bebette 10 stars if I could!
