Michael is a great host. He thoroughly went over the RV and all the mechanics, even gave us a road test :). He was available whenever we needed something. We originally planned a trip with a different RV of his that apparently he traded in for this larger Rig. The change went off without a hitch and overall we were very happy. Would rent again in a heartbeat!
