Pros: Sandy was pleasant and helpful. The interior of the trailer was nice. We really liked the layout.Cons: Sandy is too busy to manage this account. He runs a successful, unrelated business and that is clearly his priority (which is understandable). However, he needs someone paying close attention to the trailer and reservations. He and I had a couple instances of miscommunication, and the trailer posting had photos for 2 different trailers, which is confusing. The tongue jack was broken, and although Sandy had a solution, it was rather annoying to deal with. The leveling jacks are also really tough to deal with using the tools provided. If you are on pavement, these things will work, but if you need to do any significant leveling, this trailer is not well equipped. Also, I had to point out that the emergency trailer break line was broken and the fresh water hose was missing before departure. These things would have gone unnoticed had I not identified them.Overall, my wife and I had a great time using this trailer, but if you do not have experience towing or problem-solving finicky jacks (or simply do not want to deal with these issues), I would probably look elsewhere.
