Keith was absolutely wonderful to deal with. The process to reserve the unit and book it was simple Keith was right on time with the delivery and pick-up and was always available to answer questions. We had a minor issue with the unit, which is the only reason we didn’t give our experience a 5.

Great, well designed rig and Keith is in top of everything you need. Loved being able to sleep 5. Slide out makes for extra space inside. Outdoor speakers were a neat surprise! Recommend camping with full hookups as gray tank needed daily dumping. Will rent again!

Good experience. It was a great way to try out the travel trailer experience. The owner was great to work with. He showed us how to use the camper before we left. It was clean & in good working order. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. We just needed to bring our food, clothes, linens, pillows, towels, toiletries. We will use Richmond RV Rentals again until such time as we buy an RV of our own.
