The renter was friendly, respectful, and communicated well throughout the rental process. He asked very detailed questions in the many weeks leading up to his rental.That said, I believe his expectations may have been better aligned with a commercial RV rental company rather than a privately owned RV. After the trip, he provided an extensive list of “nuance issues” that included items such as the trash bags being larger than the trash can and a broom with a slightly bent handle, which he documented as a broken item. He also reorganized an entire storage compartment without discussing it beforehand, making it difficult to locate equipment after the rental.

The Gordons did an amazing job preparing the trailer and communicating with us. The trailer handled very well and was super comfortable :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unforgettable Trip of a Lifetime – Mike is the Ultimate Host!
If you are considering renting an RV, look no further. If you pass up the opportunity to rent from Mike, your trip simply won't be as enjoyable as it could be!For years, I envisioned taking my family on a road trip down the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH 101). Some of my absolute best childhood memories are from road-tripping to the West Coast in an RV with my own family, and I wanted to give that same magical experience to my own children. As first-time renters, we were a little nervous, but this experience completely exceeded every single expectation we had. It was an incredibly positive experience from start to finish, and that is largely thanks to Mike.Above and Beyond Hospitality
Mike is incredibly personable, attentive, and helpful. He picked us up directly from the airport and drove us to a local Target, where he took the time to give us a thorough, easy-to-understand rundown of how to drive and operate the RV. Stopping at Target was perfect because it allowed us to quickly run in and grab our grocery essentials before hitting the road. He also dropped us off at the airport.A Magical Birthday Surprise
When we finally stepped into the RV, our jaw dropped. It was my daughter’s golden birthday, and Mike had completely surprised us by decorating the entire space! There was a birthday banner, balloons, and the most delicious cupcakes topped with fresh raspberries, alongside a birthday cake. To top it off, he had stocked the fridge with a case of sweet local sodas and a variety of other amazing snacks and treats. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that my family will never forget.

We had a fantastic experience renting this Sprinter van for our Big Sur trip. Kevin was incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. The van was packed with thoughtful amenities that made camping comfortable and convenient, and it was comfortable to drive. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We would absolutely rent from Kevin again!

This trailer was perfect for us! I'm tall and the lengthwise bed, and sleep number mattress, meant perfect sleep. But just as important is that Simon has everything organized, with labeled bins. OMG no more wasting the entire first day of the trip organizing someone else's mess! He had printed instructions to refer to after the initial tour, and the original manuals for the equipment was all neatly filed. Of course there are lots of other greatly appreciated features, such as the Starlink wifi. He provided a hitch (aka "stinger") when my rental truck didn't have one. He communicated well, including during our week when I encountered questions about how something worked, and he was extremely flexible on both pickup and return. Best trailer rental ever!

Excellent renters! They treated the van with great care, communicated clearly throughout the trip, and returned everything in good shape. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I’d be happy to rent to them again anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts.
