The RV was great for our trip to Yellowstone! Steven was very easy to work with and responded promptly when we had a question. We did need to bring bedding for the bunks and futon, as well as, our own towels but everything worked well and we were comfortable. Thanks!

Overall, I would describe this experience as “OK.” The RV itself was fine, but Trailhead’s communication and business practices left a lot to be desired. Prospective renters should pay close attention to the number of add-on fees involved.

We are sorry that Andrew’s trip ended on a sour note. Just like a rental car our terms and conditions specify that if a renter misses their contracted return time they can incur a late charge. Not only does being late impact our operations team, it also impacts the next renter and it costs us money. Andrew did not complain about anything on his trip until he had a late charge. Many things in this review are inaccurate… This is not our pick up time and not our return time. The amount of his trip is inaccurate. This review is an attempt to retaliate and sneer our team.
