Lynne was a pleasure to work with and communication throughout the rental was excellent. She treated the camper respectfully and returned it in good condition. We appreciate her choosing our camper for her trip and would be happy to rent to her again in the future. Thank you, Lynne!

We had a very positive experience with the RV rented from John and Anthony via Outdoorsy. The initial selection of the RV via the internet was simple. The Outdoorsy site gave us the key information about the proposed rental so that we could determine whether it fit our needs. John was very good about proactively contacting us and providing us information that we needed for our vacation. The films that he made were especially useful. Check-in when we arrived in Knoxville was very simple. Driving an RV was a new experience for us, but Anthony gave us a good orientation and made available additional films and materials to help us if we had questions in the area we were going - which had no cell reception or internet. The RV was as advertised. We functioned and slept well in it. It was a great part of our vacation. On the last day of the rental, we were able to check the vehicle back in through a simple process. Both John and Anthony had taken the RV to the place we were going and provided us helpful and reassuring tips for a successful experience.

He arrived a little late, but was filling up the freshwater for us. He was helpfol in setting up and explaining what we needed to know. The camper was neat and clean and had what we needed. We told him that some microvave containers would have been helpful and he said he would include that in the future. The camper worked out weell and was comfortableand the right fit for the two of us. Shaq was a good host and we would use him again.

Matthew and Molly were very friendly, attentive, and respectful. Some of the best renters I have had use the RV. It was a pleasure to meet them and hope they come back soon!
