We rented over the 4th of July holiday weekend. Kyle had the camper all set up and ready for us before we arrived. The camper was just like new and every bit as nice as the listing pictures. Kyle messaged us during the weekend just to make sure that everything was going well. We will definitely look up Kyle the next time we need a camper rental.

JJason and his wife were great guests. communication was great working out pre, during, and post booking details. The trailer was left clean and in great shape making post rental cleaning a breeze. I would not hesitate renting to Jason again if the opportunity came again.

I urge all hosts, DO NOT RENT TO BRETT EVANS. Every aspect of the rental with Brett was stressful, frustrating, and concerning. To begin, we agreed to meet at 7:30pm for him to pick up the RV. He msgs me at 7:40pm to let me know he would arrive at 8:30pm. He proceeds to arrive around 9:30pm, 2 hours later than we agreed on. We meet, and I begin explaining how to use the RV systems properly. Brett was speaking very rapidly, and speaking over me constantly. It was clear he was not taking what I was saying seriously, and was not listening to my instructions or recommendations on how to drive the RV safely. Eventually I hand him the keys, and the last thing I say is please, if there is anything you remember, remember that this vehicle is very tall. When you back up, you have to physically get out of the vehicle and look around and up. I begin walking back to my house and he immediately backs into branches of a tree in my front yard. This was my first rental and I was not sure if I could cancel the rental right then and there. In hindsight I wish I had. I tell him again, please remember how tall you are, and he drives off. I message during the trip to ask how things are going he says they are going well. We agree to a late drop off at 7pm. I messaged him twice at 4:30pm and 5:30pm asking to confirm 7pm drop off. No response. I call him at 6:45pm and he answers and says he will be there in 30 minutes. He proceeds to return the RV at 9:30pm, 2 1/2 hrs late, after various phone calls asking if I could not charge him late fees, often saying he was “5 minutes away”, “15 minutes away”. This stressed me out IMMENSELY. Also note that it was Friday July 3rd, 4th of July weekend. He shows up and we walk around the vehicle doing a once over for damage. I see he has clearly damaged the back right bumper. I ask him what happened. He says “I don’t remember that happening.” I ask him to think harder and he continues to deny he damaged the vehicle. There are other obvious new scrapes around the vehicle as well. I take photos and as I do he asks if we can figure this out with cash. I say no that is against platform policy. Thank goodness I took extensive before photos to prove the damage is from him. My cupholder was also missing. And one other thing he mentioned is that he ran the RV engine all night running the vehicle’s front AC. I am baffled why he would do that when there is a generator on board to run the house AC, and a plug for shore power. I showed him how to utilize both during the walk through that he clearly wasnt listening during.

Stephanie was excellent at communicating throughout the entire booking process. They were super friendly and walked us through everything in the RV once it was set up. Our family had a wonderful time and would use Stephanie and her trailer again!
