Overall, we had a great vacation and really enjoyed traveling in the RV. Unfortunately, the vehicle experienced several mechanical and operational issues that significantly affected our trip. The host initially responded and sent someone to fix one of the problems, which we appreciated. However, we continued to experience issues with the generator, the slide-out, and a tire that kept losing air throughout the trip, resulting in lost vacation time, additional fuel expenses, and unnecessary safety concerns.

The ease of having the trailer setup when we got there was amazing. The down side is we had to call someone to come out and fix the sewer lines due to the fowl smell being in the trailer. The floors were dirty when we received the unit, we had to sweep and clean prior to starting our vacation. Finally the fowl sewer smell was constantly coming back....

I can't say enough good things! Not only was it there before we got there, but they had the AC running, which was a nice surprise coming in from Florida heat. RV was immaculate except for normal wear and tear, but nothing that affected my trip or anything you would notice if not looking. Communication was amazing, and we are definitely looking forward to using them again on our next trip.

I give you five stars and I also gave you a five star Google review. Your equipment is very nice, staff even better. Every aspect of the booking delivery and communication were on point. As a business owner, I relate to feedback so that we can be better in the future. Here are a couple things, not meant to be negative, but good feedback for the future.

The RV was completely setup when we arrived. The RV was just what we needed. It was clean and had everything that we needed to make us feel at home. Communication with Escape RV was excellent. We highly recommend them. This was the second time using them and both times they were great to work with.

Seamless! The Clubhouse was delivered and set up for us when we arrived. We loved experiencing Fort Wilderness the glamping way and this was the perfect unit for that! EscapeRV was excellent to work with. Will definitely rent again.!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Escape RV and their rental service!
My wife and I rented an RV for our stay at Ft Wilderness so we could take our pups with us. Being able to arrive at the campground with everything set up was a life saver after a day full of traveling and everyone we talked with was friendly and helpful!
We will definitely be using them again in the future!

The camper was brand new, clean and everything was set up for us when we arrived. Renting the camper made our stay at Fort Wilderness extremely enjoyable. It’s the fun of camping without the hassle of trailering and set up / breakdown of the campsite. 100% a great way to enjoy your stay at Fort Wilderness. We would do it again for sure.

The set up and pick up were great. Easy to work with to reserve a camper.
We didn't have any hot water for the whole trip so we had a lot of cold showers. I didn't call to let them know so that was on us, I did let them know at check out.
The camper wasn't super clean. The chairs around the dining table were pretty dirty. There were cheerios on the floor under the table. The bed throw pillows were dirty and there was a pom pom in the bed under the pillows I assume from the renters before us.
The camper was listing so the shower would flood and you had to push the water out to the drain to get it to drain.
