The set up and pick up were great. Easy to work with to reserve a camper.
We didn't have any hot water for the whole trip so we had a lot of cold showers. I didn't call to let them know so that was on us, I did let them know at check out.
The camper wasn't super clean. The chairs around the dining table were pretty dirty. There were cheerios on the floor under the table. The bed throw pillows were dirty and there was a pom pom in the bed under the pillows I assume from the renters before us.
The camper was listing so the shower would flood and you had to push the water out to the drain to get it to drain.

Thanks to Escape RV Rental we were able to have an amazing weekend at Ft Wilderness! The trailer we rented had plenty of space for 4 adults and everything was hooked up and ready to go when we got there. Will definitely consider using Escape RV again!

Just a few things we noticed: the shower head holder was glued back on and hanging on by a little bit of strong glue, and we were a bit nervous it'd accidentally break off, so we had to be super careful with it. The bed head adjustment didn't work, I believe the deadbolt didn't work, and the screen for the door had been torn apart (probably some previous renter's dog, maybe). No complaints for communication, setup, or service. etc.

Everything was good for the most part, but I wished the dump tank sensors and handle worked properly. We had to deal with a lot of gnats in the bathroom the first night. Not sure if the tank was dumped before the RV was first given to us.

The unit had plenty of storage, was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our vacation!

What a great experience! Everythign as advertised. Great communication. The kids absolutely loved this camper and so did we! Nice and new and clean with all the bells and whistles! Just like a hotel...on a campsite lol. All the people driving by were awestruck by the awesome appearance of this vessel!

Camper was set up as requested and clean, however, there was a horrible smell when our family first "moved in". My husband texted the company and never received a response about the moldy sewer smell. We were very busy all week and just decided to try and deal with it, but the smell came and went throughout the week. Because the odor was already not delightful, we decided to rarely use the camper bathroom and used either my parent's camper or the campground bathrooms as much as possible. Luckily, we truly only slept there because our parents fifth wheel was next door and did not smell like mold and sewer. My dad regularly emptied the tanks and also even ran water through the hoses to try and get the smell out, but to no avail.

Great Host, I just wish the camper came with an instruction manual for basics. Also wish I had a heads up about the broken door for the main bedroom.

Escape RV was awesome - great communicators, super flexible, and really friendly. Would definitely rent from them again. This RV needs a bit of repair work (the seats need new fabric and the stairs need to be replaced) - which they said they are doing. Once that's done I'd rent it again; everything else was clean and working.
