The RV was clean and of adequate size for my family of three and two dogs. My daughter, age 11, was able to sleep well on the bunk while we slept well in the bedroom. We used the coffee maker, stove and slow cooker. Chris was a very attentive host! I will definitely rent with him again when I’m in the area again.

Chris arrived on time, set up and did a compete walk thru of the camper features with us. The camper was perfect for 2 retirees. We plan on renting this camper again for 2 future planned trips.

Camper was advertised as new. Camper was not clean, dirty laundry found behind sofa, pee diaper under master mattress. Blinds were broken. TV had no remote or cable cord to hook up to antenna, and the stereo did not work unless you had the app. Steps were installed with wooden blocks under the rug and were a safety hazard. Girlfriend lost footing over the blocks and went to the hospital with injuries. I was not impressed and would not recommend renting from Chris or Outdoorsy.

Chris was great. He was very accommodating and helpful before, during and after the rental process. We will definitely be renting from him again.
