Jason was great and easy to get a hold of. We had a wonderful trip with our family. The RV was a bit run down and it was supposed to sleep 9, but really could only sleep 6. Thankfully our son brought a tent along. The AC didn’t work very well either.

Jason was very helpful - pick up and drop off at the airport were easy. RV was clean and ready for us. The AC/Microwave did not work with the generator. Jason was responsive and timely when we asked for help. Although we weren't able to get them working, he did compensate in other areas for the inconvenience it was. I assume he will get it looked at and fixed before the next trip :) We had a great time visiting national parks in Utah.

Jason was great and very accommodating. When I was out on the road and has questions he responded very quickly to my texts. The RV was what you would expect for a 2008 model. A little rattly at high speeds but everything worked and it drove well.

This was our first time renting and using an RV. I was a little apprehensive on the whole experience. From the moment I booked the reservation, Jason was amazing. Very quick to respond to different questions. He was thorough in his walk through when we picked up the RV and made sure we were comfortable with how everything worked. Jason made the whole experience unbelievable. It was amazing.
