I booked this camper about 6 weeks in advance. Alan reached out to me the night before our trip to let me know there was a problem with the sewage tank. Thankfully he had a different, bigger camper available and offered to upgrade me at no extra cost. The camper was delivered and set up before we arrived at the campground with the AC running and the camper nice and cool. Towels and bed linens were provided but I’d recommend bringing extra blankets with you. Overall a great experience and I would rent from Alan again.

Alan was a pleasure to work with. We had a few last minute issues that Alan was very understanding and helpful with. He maintained good communications before, during and after the trip.
The camper was delivered and set up prior to our arrival. It was even nicer than the pictures. The camper was very clean and well taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the camper. Highly recommend. We will be renting from Alan again.

Minor problems with the RV, some of the problems are Gulfstream design issues. Alan was great to deal with, the issues were not anything he knew about.
