We rented this trailer from Marisol and Freddie as a stationary rental. We needed extra sleeping room for a family reunion on private property. Delivery and pick-up were timely and quick. The hosts were willing to work with us on special requests for pick-up. The trailer was clean and in good working order. We had plenty of room for our family. The air conditioning kept us cool in the 90 degree heat. We had a main house to depend on for much of the day- including cooking and bathing so we didn't use the kitchen or bathroom much but things were in working order with several nice touches. Overall it was a great experience!
