Everything was great from start to finish, the only issue we had was there was no A/C in the unit, which was not a deal breaker especially in Moab, as we weren’t using the unit during the day but it would’ve been nice to cool it down when we got back from our daily excursions. This was totally our fault just taking it for granted that it would have A/C. But did make a suggestion to note that on the unit description, other than that it was a pleasure working with Jack, he explained everything so it made our experience worry free!

Jeff made this a very enjoyable experience. Jeff and his staff were exteremly friendly and accomadating. They were flexible and willing to adjust the pickup and delivery times to meet our needs. The process was very simple and the vans operation was well explained. Jeff was very response throughout the whole process.

Jeff was super helpful with his walkthrough prior to our trip. This rig is well appointed and has everything you need for comfort and adventure. The Sanctuary is thoughtfully designed from the cozy sleep setup to the practical storage and easy to use amenities. It made traveling effortless and enjoyable on our trip out to Moab. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a turnkey adventure setup.

Another amazing trip in the books! Starting from Airport pick up! We walked out of the airport, down an escalator, and straight to our van which was waiting on us! We had a small issue with the van but Jeffrey was on top of it! He even went to our van which we had parked in a parking lot while we were at dinner. He had it fixed in no time! Drop off at the airport was just as simple as our pick up! We will most definitely rent from Jeffrey again!!

The bed was extremely comfortable- it was like a bed at a nice hotel. The van was very easy to drive and to park even in standard parking spaces. There were some glitches with the electrical system but it was not a dealbreaker. Nice van- well appointed and cozy interior.
