Horrible communication, canceled on me last minute as well as the other person in June. I expect he's no longer using the platform. Can't get another trailer on the day-of, so we're looking at losing campground fees or renting something for 3-4x as much. I'm not sure a refund is enough.

Canceled last minute, we lost $100's on camping sites and no response from the owner.

We rented the trailer for a full month and drove to the Grand Canyon with many stops along the way. Kyle was EXTREMELY easy to work with and very helpful. The camper was clean and well stocked with all the necessary items and it was easy to use and learn. If you have someone sleeping in the bunk beds during Summer time I suggest bringing a fan as the air flow in the cubby bunk bed is not great. But the Air conditioner worked very well and kept the place very cool.

Kyle was the perfect host. He communicates to the highest of standards and returns emails almost immediately after I hit the send button. this was especially helpful for us planning a last minute trip. The camper was perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the bunk beds. All of the equipment performed flawlessly and as described. The trailer tows very well down the road. we will definitely look to reserve the Queen City Glamper again!
