Our first family RV rental and it was great! Could not have chosen a better rental! Nick was extremely helpful and accommodating. The trailer was VERY clean and had all the items we needed to help make this trip easier and comfortable. Would definitely rent this again :)

It was our first camping trailer experience, and we are so glad we chose Nick! He was a amazing! From the time we had booked to the finish, he was always in great communication with us and very prompt with his response! Very friendly and helpful! We are definitely going to book with him again! Thank you Nick!

What an amazing first ever rental experience! Nick was helpful, accommodating and overall wonderful to work with. He had the unit set up before we arrived and took the time to show us how the systems work. Well stocked with cups, plates, pots & pans. Very clean trailer with room for 2 kids and 2 adults to sleep cozy and comfortable.
The air conditioner was strong and kept us cool, the shower and bath were easy to use with hangers thoughtfully places throughout.

Nick was a great host and our family had a great trip using the trailer. In fact we are already talking about next year and would rent from him again in a heartbeat!

The only thing I didn’t care for was all the paper work involved. You basically have too sigh over your first born if you have children, but other then that everything worked the way it should easy too pull and set up nice trailer

Nick was great. But nobody will ever answer your call if have an issue. I don't understand why outdoorsy holds damage deposit for 7 days after the rental. Has been cleared ok. Will never use outdoorsy again. But will deal with Nick on rvezy

Thanks for the review Tom. It was a pleasure having you and your wife rent my RV. I agree it was a challenge having outdoorsy respond to our inquiries and questions... I am hoping it was the sign of the times with covid and being overwhelmed and short staffed. Other renters of mine had no issues with the return of the damage deposits... I wish I knew what happened in your case, but I’m glad you received the money and all is good ..... on to the next camping adventure !! 😊
