We had a great time in the Siesta. Very thorough and helpful info, from walkthrough to dropoff. The RV is in great shape and was perfect for our family of 3. Thank you so much, Debi!

Wow Gina! You are such a horrible person! We have been talking about the fires near me for a few weeks and when I was put on evacuation warning, I contacted you and explained that if we get evacuated, I will need my RV to stay in. I did not give you a 4 day cancellation, I gave you a week! I also explained to you my personal health issues as to why I needed to stay in my rv and instead you give me a bad review. I also explained that I do not live in Westwood, my zip code auto populates to that area. I live in the east shore of Lake Almanor, 7 miles from Canyondam! Which the residents were evacuated over the weekend. The "Dixie" fire is the largest fire in Northern California and is now called a MEGA FIRE. A lot of people have lost their homes and I could be one of them. You are such a selfish, rotten human being! Last, when I called outdoorsy about this automated posting in your review, They told me YOU added, "This is an automated posting", in your review to make it appear that they wrote it. Outdoorsy explained to me that they don't have any control over what is written in a review, which makes you a big fat liar!

This was our first experience renting an RV, and everything went perfect. Debi & Dean were great hosts, and they both met us at the campsite with the RV at the time we arranged. Upon arrival they set everything up for us, and thoroughly went through the features of the RV. Based on the fact that we flew into CA from Florida, we paid the extra for delivery / pick-up, and it was well worth it. During our stay if we ever had a question, Debi was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. We had the RV for 4 days, and fit comfortably as a family of 4 (our kids are 8 & 10). Debi also provided a lot of helpful information about the surrounding area (Lake Almanor, CA). The RV was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our home away from home awesome!!! We were very satisfied with the overall experience, and if our travels take us out west again, we will certainly rent this RV again.

We were very pleased with the RV we rented, it was very comfortable for my wife and I. Easy to drive and extremely comfortable drivers seat! Had an issue with a tire and was unable to reach the Outdoorsy Roadside Assistance that is supposed to be included. Very frustrating when stuck on the side of the road. Finally gave up and used my personal AAA account. Otherwise our trip was great!

We had a blast! This was a very well kept RV, and the owners went out of their way to go out and set everything up for us. They even repositioned the RV so that we'd have the best view possible at our campsite and even set up the bbq for us before our arrival.

Deb was fantastic to work with, very responsive. Went above and beyond, her husband actually built boards for a camping game my friends and I play for our trip. Could not recommend more!!!

Great communication with Debi. Thor Siesta in like-new condition (except for faulty tank level gauges) and well equipped with just about everything we needed. We appreciated the setup service at Eagle Lake for our first night. It made for a relaxing first night after a long drive. Overall a great experience.

We had a great experience with Debi. She communicated quickly and clearly from the very beginning. And when our arrival was delayed she had everything set up for us and sent numerous videos detailing all the functions of the rig. Their vehicle was clean and exactly as described! Thank you Debi!
