Brandon treated us very well. When the air conditioner did not work upon delivery, he understood why we couldn’t accept delivery and has been very helpful in our discussions of a refund. I have tried calling the outdoorsy number since Friday noon and have yet to talk to anyone about a refund.

Extremely nice camper! Host was easy to work with and had quick response times for any questions I had. Definitely recommend renting this camper.
